Group agreement
This guide creates a block agreement for an incentive group, approves and contracts it, opens the order engine group and records the first deposit. The requests and responses were captured from the service.
The group: an incentive trip for a pharmaceutical company, booked through Harbourline Travel, on the 24 May 2027 Western Mediterranean departure. 20 cabins are held (4 inside, 14 balcony, 2 suites) at group fares, with one free place per 20 paying, 10% commission paid net, and three deposit stages.
If the group starts as a request from the agency's portal, the block request flow (/group-sales/group-requests: request, fare, submit, decision, accept) creates the same agreement; this guide starts at the agreement.
1. Create the agreement
The incentive agreement type requires approval, so the agreement starts in pending_approval, with an approval deadline from the tenant's policy. Send an Idempotency-Key.

The first deposit stage is €150.00 per berth: €6,000.00 for 40 berths, paid by bank transfer.
